Although the set-up and structure of your current garage will affect what can be done, it is certainly worth getting us to have a look. Garage conversions can be a great way to add an extra room to the ground floor of any home. Maybe you want extended, open-plan living space, or perhaps you would like a home office?

Loft Conversions

 
Loft conversions can be one of the most economical ways to increase your floor space and the value of your home. In most cases, the loft is an area wasted to storing old belongings that end up being thrown away at some point. Converting that space can lead to a vital extra bedroom, a playroom for the children or a home office so you can work out of the way in peace.
 
Some people don’t use their loft because they feel it is unsafe and is worried about falling through. By getting A1Class to do your loft boarding, you will gain that extra space in the loft so you will be able to walk across it safely and even use it to store heavier items.
 
Another addition for any loft is the loft ladder. Having to get the ladder out and uncomfortably carry items through the small space makes it unnecessarily complicated. A loft ladder installation will make the whole process easier.

Complete ground floor refurb

Mark has transformed our ground floor in our house. Completely revamped the kitchen, beautifully transformed my son's new bedroom. Removal of wall and built in cupboard.

Work was completed to a very high standard and every effort was taken to keep the job as clean and tidy as possible. They had to cut through some solid brick walls so there was a lot of dust expected but they put dust-sheets over all the units and doors and vacuumed and mopped multiple times during and after the job. A great job done by an extremely polite and professional team!
